Power Automate RPA services for repetitive administrative work

Your team no longer has to copy data between files, retype invoices, or chase approvals over chat. I design and build Power Automate workflows that run that work by themselves, then hand them over with documentation your team can use.

FAQ

Common questions

What kind of process is worth automating?

Work that is repetitive, follows clear rules, and consumes your team’s time daily or weekly. Examples are data entry, roll-ups, approvals, and document delivery. Work that needs complex judgment usually stays with people.

Does my company need a Power Automate license?

It depends on the connectors and the type of flow. Many flows run on the Microsoft 365 licenses you already have; some need an additional license. I check this during the consultation so there are no cost surprises.

How long does it take?

For one well-defined process, usually days to a few weeks, depending on the number of steps and connected systems. A firm estimate is given once I understand the process.

What about company data security?

Flows are built in your company’s own Microsoft environment with the least access required. I do not store your data or credentials outside that environment, and I am happy to sign an NDA.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Automation is built on top of the systems you already have, so the way your team works does not change drastically.

Which process consumes the most of your team’s time?

The first consultation is free of charge. You will know whether the process is worth automating and where to begin.
