I am Leonardo, a business process automation practitioner and software engineer. I help companies transition repetitive administrative work to automated workflows.
Since 2021 I have built web and mobile applications for enterprise and fintech environments, and automated finance, tax, and sales work with Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI. Examples include processing over 300 invoices a day, consolidating tax invoices with IFS and Coretax, and preparing regional sales commission data.
Before becoming an engineer, I spent several years in marketing and sales. That taught me to understand operational needs and to communicate with people who are not technical.
